How it all works:
This is my first attempt at automating the purchase part of my web-site. The following will allow us to understand one another as to just what it is that you need. It does NOT execute a purchase nor mess with your credit card, nor -as far as I know- do anything with cookies. It will (should) send me an e-mail telling me exactly what what you want and your shipping address and I will get back to you with a actual-person (me) follow-up as to how you want to pay etc.
Please fill in all the blanks and make all the necessary selections. Keep track of how much you spend so there are no surprises. (My next step is to automate the adding up bit.) You must make a choice for questions 1 - 4 -the free bits- but if you don't want shelves in #5, you can skip #6 and if you don't want a panel, you can skip #8 as well.

FINE PRINT:
I make shadow boxes about once a week and then let the paint cure for a week. (It dries quickly, but cures up good-and-hard very slowly.) I have learned (painfully) that UPS literally tosses things on and off trucks, planes and conveyer belts, so I package the dickens out of my shadow boxes. All this means that it will take 2 or 3 weeks to get it to you and that you might end up paying for what UPS likes to call "dimensional weight" for the bigger shadow boxes. Can't be helped. Order a bunch of them and I'll put them in a crate and call a trucking company. Or swing thru the north end of the Denver area and take one home with you from there.
