This is one huge category. Baseball cards are not just for baseball, and caps (& helmets) are collectables too. Autographed balls of every type and variety are huge, and bats (baseball and cricket), rackets (tennis, squash, badminton etc.), clubs (golf), mallets and every other type of sports hardware has it's collector. Or how about Sports Cereal Box Collectors ?
Storing and Displaying Sports Collectables:
Displaying things depends on the shape of the
thing. And it depends on the nature of the thing. Baseball cards
require drawers -either flat
drawers for the most valuable cards, and deeper
drawers for cards stored in bulk.
Then there are these Bobble Heads, and there are people, -presumably grown-ups- that collect them. Bobble-head figures, or art-deco figures of nekked-ladies for that matter -suggest a display case of some sort.

Check out a Finished Display Case for a moderate collection -or for a bigger collection -check out an Architectural Display Case.
Finally -for a single REALLY valuable bobble-head, why not have a look at a Doll
Display Case.
(Tell your buddies it's designed just for bobble-heads -not dolls.)
Golf your thing? Ya gott'a check out my GOLF BALL DISPLAY CASES
Or maybe baseball? How about a BASEBALL DISPLAY CASE shaped like home plate.
